A listening session is a free intro call to see how we can help. From there, most engagements start with a Process Review. The path after that is yours.
Understanding your GTM motion
The Process Review serves two purposes: generating a roadmap for improving your GTM motion, and determining how RedDuck can help you execute on that roadmap. We work to deeply understand your context, your processes, tools, team, goals, and constraints, which enables both outcomes.
At the end, you get a sales process roadmap that shows you where you are and where to focus, along with scoped next steps for how we can help you move forward if it makes sense to continue working together.
Building what you actually need
A 4-8 week project that builds the infrastructure and processes you need to execute your go-to-market motion. No two Foundations projects are the same. The scope is tailored based on what we learn in the Process Review.
Each project focuses on the areas that matter most for your situation. You might work in two of these deeply, or touch several lightly.
Context is key to effective AI
For the small, generalist teams that make up most startups, the right AI can be transformative. But effective AI implementation requires context. We build agents grounded in what we've learned about your business, designed to make your team more effective, not just faster.
That means higher quality outbound copy, stronger call preparation, better research on prospects. We follow a simple principle: document the process first, automate the repeatable parts, then add AI for tasks requiring judgment.
Partnership earned through results
Retainers are offered after we've delivered value through a Foundations or Agent Build project. They're focused on helping you run and maintain an optimized GTM process. We earn retainers through demonstrated results.
Each retainer is customized based on the systems we've built and what you need ongoing support for.
A listening session is a free intro call where we learn about your context and goals. If it makes sense to work together, we'll scope a Process Review and go from there.
